Sharpen the Eye Brow Pencil to a precise point. Lightly stroke the pencil within the eyebrows to create tiny, hair-like lines wherever brows need filling in or extending. Draw lines in the same direction as hair growth.

    A great eyebrow pencil...very pleased as I got it with a discount. This lovely pencil keeps going up in price, how expensive can it be to make a good eyebrow pencil? It is lovely to use with a good colour selection. A must have.
